Not really, but note that the interesting stuff (video and audio) require lots of packets, so those entries with most packets are the ones you should focus on.
The MPE/IP tab does reveal that there is nothing useful embedded as IP packets - far too few bytes.
In the DATA tab, my bet would go to PID 481, which is the one carrying most data. You can dump this PID as a file (RAW or PAYLOAD) and then analyse it with a hex editor, 7zip and VLC. Chances are low, but you never know.
Last resort is open the RAW dump with Wireshark.
It is a lot of work and honestly, chances are low you will be able to decode anything. But still, I don't know any better way.
