I wasn't aware of this "change". NWA beam has indeed become weaker but still well above lock limit.
Contrary I haven't had any signal from the Central-Asia beam before, now at least some.

Same situation here, only 11900 V lock here:

I can no longer see anything from the Central Asia Beam. I was almost always able to receive the 11900 V signal before.
