New Cameroon bouquet? At least NOT in C-band ,judging by the parameters!
So it seems. Kingofsat shows this. Also on Lyngsat.

Has anyone managed to receive these in Europe?
I'd lke to know,before I tweak my dish to this 3E position ,which so often deceived me...

If you can receive Noursat (12656H from Eutelsat 3 B )then you will have the dish correctly aligned for a blind search of Rascom

I tried it here south east of greece despite it is included in footprint in a satellite dish 2.40
with the central lnb to be on eutelsat 7b/c ... but no signal.

Rascom QAF also has an average orbital slot a few minutes east of 3 degrees so a nudge will help.

The Star +Novelas channel's audio is in ADTS format and can be heard.

The SunTV channel doesn't play audio, as if it's not receiving any, but it has the PID and should be able to play audio.

I tried the Rascom yesterday,with the 80cms.
In Carcassonne, south france (on the Paris to Barcelona meridian)
I got Noursat fine and a dozen of Moroccan,Bulgarian and Iraqi programs.
No whim of Cameroon however. Even at dusk.
I was surprised by the very good quality of Bulgaria's TV1 showing its New Year concert from Sofia.

And Imam Ali live from his shrine in Najaf,Iraq. at 11617H 2083 , very good picture ,and milimetric dish tuning...either 70% or nothing. Interesting.
So,what I got is Eutelsat 3B ,not Rascom.

For my part, I have audio on all channels except ‘Le Messager TV’, where there is nothing to be heard.

Sun TV has audio. ( Receiver Openbox S3 CI II , and SR 200 Extreme )

10 minutes later, the SUN TV video and audio have disappeared ???

I got the Rascom Cameroon bouquet yesterday,on my old faithful 75cm dish...!!
1) Rascom is 1/10 degrees (3° vs 3.1° )from Eutelsat 3.1
2) it s higher in the sky,so I had to elevate my dish a trifle.
I 'm surprised a .1° (one tenth) makes the difference on a 80 cms dish... and the conter polarisation is ultra'sensitive too!

Although it is still listed among the programmes with Video and Audio PIDs,
nothing is being broadcast on ‘Le messager TV’.
On SUNTV, the sound is well synchronised with the image.

On sun tv ,no sound. My receiver says "AAC sound" which I normally get..
Le Messager shows no pic & no sound
