...What would be the best (strongest) signal to align the dish at?

From my location, north-western Romania,the strongest signal with 1.5 m dish is at 10905 H,5000,5/6,8psk-10.8 dB,next at 10923 H,17000,3/4.

Yeah D15 is the newer one but in my opinion the worse one. Many connections missing ...

Good signals here this morning on IMN with my 100cm set up just performing a scan in the 2 active bands used by this satellite 10.7 to 10.95 & 12.5 to 12.75 in the ku band,
I will let you know soon if I find anything else.

Yes I saw that fella too, signal peaked at 8 dB around the time of your post.
You may try 12724 V 3000, Ashorooq (permanent feed), it is 0.5 dB weaker.
And now also Kuwaiti feed "TANDBERG" 12731 V 2220, 1 dB stronger than Sudan TV:
(Edit: gone already).

I am just locking this one atm pixelating most of the time i need clear skys for a full lock here but a good one for tweaking your dish
