I don't have the opportunity to check the two muxes. But I would suggest you try a symbol rate of 68570 or 65500, and if not, then test over 100000 (...10, ...20, ...30, ...40) with 6903x.
Who knows, maybe you'll get lucky.:Y
 
Thanks, I've already tried that. They might be genuine 16 or 32 APSK carriers. In that case, more dB is needed.
 
Is the footprint centered on Europe?
 
I don't know how far the beam extends over Europe. It could also be that the maximum range is over Spain.
