TONIGHT I think I found this satellite, thanks to the extended tuner on my Rover 900 Plus and inverted LNB.
There are several signals, but I'm only measuring this TP.
I can't set the Crazy Scan correctly.
It won't go below 21200 GHz.
Do you have any info on the Crazy Scan settings?
