57E (NSS 12)

It can be said that the two transponders "fault each other" in your area. :)
In the upper band, this is what I managed to find atm with the 6909x card on the Middle East spot under Windows and Linux.

The data channel on 10999 H is not currently sending or has been switched off. The 10985 H can be received again.

The channels are encrypted in unknown system.

In my area, the 11049 H is receivable without problems. The parameters used, particularly FEC 3/5, make it easier to lock the signal. :Y

a few days ago I also found this TP with my system, but now I can't connect it anymore

Theoretically, the smaller distance from the spot in your area is more favorable to catching the signal.
In my area,11049 H fluctuates by 1 dB but can still be locked even if it is 1.5dB, as it is now after the rain stops. However, the signal must be at least 2 dB to lock this mux.
But, as you know, you can't be sure about a weak signal, especially from spots that don't cover your area. If we lock it at certain times or moments, I must admit it's a success for self-esteem.
Unfortunately, what we manage to do at a given moment is not valid for others because this weak signal is so fragile, especially if you use a small antenna like mine, that everything is a game of chance.

Although the 6925 card you use is sound, it can't compete with 6983/6903 or those with dvb-demod Montage m88rs606 chip, such as 6904se.
I must add that a good and well-tuned antenna, even a small one, can help.
I'm lucky enough to have an antenna made in the 90's. It is well calibrated and made of quality sheet metal, painted with a paint that has remained the same quality until today.

today I can receive the tp, even in cloudy weather
question: is the tuner of the tbs 6903 X as sensitive as the 6903?
Thank you

So, in the end, it was possible.
The signal takes a lot of patience. If you do, then you will be rewarded. :)

The value of the 6903x lies in something else that the other cards don't have, including the 6903.
The best dvb cards for enthusiasts are 6983/6903(USB5927) for DVB-S2 standard and 6903x/6909x for S2X extension.

DXers might want to try using smaller antennas today. The 11165 H has extremely strong reception today

Indeed, the signal is strongest on 11164 H also in my area. So far the signal is stable, around 6dB.
Here's what I found in the upper band at the moment. There are others with the S2X extension, but it's hard to lock these from the Middle East spot.
