I thought yesterday that 10984 H,45000 had left the satellite, but today I see that it is active, of course with a weaker signal than 11164 H, which remained at the same level.
The SPTV minipacket on 11049 H,4000 has a signal on the feed, when it locks, when it disappears.

NSS-12 at 57.0E is, I think, one of the most interesting satellites for enthusiasts. It has three spots over three major regions outside Europe: Central Asia, ME and East Africa.

The signal from the three beams are unequal in strength in my area, all the more so as I receive it with a small 1.50m antenna. The strongest is from the Middle East, more in the upper band, and 11400-11700 MHz, if I'm not mistaken, but the most interesting are Central Asia and East Africa, which have programs and feeds.

At some point the two beams overlap in my area, affecting the reception of one or the other, such as at 11544 H,51418 (Central Asia) and 11544 H,4500 (East Africa). For this reason, most of the time, the transponders cannot be found auto, but possibly manually.

I wonder what happens when the signal on both these transponders can be found with larger antennas. For example, DX Süvi, aka DX Bozóth, with his big antennas picks up the Central Asian mux, but I don't know how he picks up the East African one. This would be interesting to know.

I think there are other active transponders in the ME area that I can't find because of terrestrial interference between, 11500-1600 MHz.
In the upper band, I have noticed that there are more transponders than you see on the spectrum. This time a bigger antenna would make a difference. They are coming from the ME beam, but to lock them you need a S2X extension device.

Lately 11165 H,45000, 3/4, on East Africa spot, has been getting good signal that it can be lock it. I think it's not an accident that it can be locked, since with 6909x I received it with Crazyscan (Windows) and neumoDVB (Linux).
And as those who use stid135(6903x/6909x) cards know, locking a weak signal (but not only) is a problem. It's a kind of signal test for those who want to receive this mux and the others from this position.
