Just saw this on Flysat

Astra 4.8E
12244 Н DVB-S2/QPSK 1125 3/5

Not flagged as encrypted on my receiver but it’s just giving a messy picture that looks like either encryption or encoding issues. Any luck?

Does anyone know what's so special with this mux so it cannot be viewed normally with a regular consumer E2 box nor with a PC card/VLC?

Ah sorry; I did a search but on the channels and frequency and didn’t get it
 
So,is there anything watchable on 4.8E,at 12244,H ,1125 or not?
Edit,I get a signal just under watchability. Very bad propagation now,sand clouds up in the air...
have to try later!
 
You need a special 5G receiver from Anuvu (MTN)

Besides ,the adjacent Ukraine channels which usually are loud & clear look half-jammed,broken sound ,hesitant picture.... russian scrambling?
Or just high sandy clouds? Got a dusty car this morning ,so....

The Anuvu service is not designed for home reception - its role is more for providing live tv to ships & planes.

Just Sharing This Thread 'Anuvu (ex MTN Worldwide TV) in C-band'

I have recently been on a cruise ship and from couriosity of course wanted to know more about how live TV is coming through. I did manage to get in talk with a person knowing something about it but was kinda reluctant to give more information before he talked to his superiors. Obviously "sensitive security field" resulted in "not cleared to provide further information".
But I did learn that there are three C-band systems on board of which two are redundant and can come handy in locations like norwegian or alaskan fjords where sometimes the dish on one side of the ship doesn't see the...

so,you must be on a ship to decode these channels??
