As I mentioned some time ago, these Astra.TV channels are encrypted with Nagra.
Currently, a PCMCIA card is sold for connection to a CI slot (common interface). It's the PCMCIA card and the card integrated into one unit. I'll post photos again later.
You can only view one channel at a time. I mention this in case you're using it with a receiver that has multiple tuners, as it doesn't allow you to view and record any other channels.
It even causes problems if you try to use Picture-in-Picture (PiP); the image stutters.
If you tune to a free channel and one of these channels, the image stutters.
The receiver is now being advertised on the Astra.TV website.
The regional channels, be careful, if it doesn't change, you'll only see the ones in your area according to the postal code indicated in the contract, you've been warned.
Regional broadcasters:
12 - (FORTA)EITB, TV3, TVG, Canal Sur, Telemadrid, À Punt, TVC, CMMTV, IB3 TV, Aragón TV, TPA7, La7 (Murcia)
3 - (Public broadcasters not affiliated with FORTA) Televisión Melilla, Televisión Ceuta, Canal Extremadura
4 - (Private broadcasters ) TV Rioja, Popular TV Cantabria,La 7 (Castilla y León), Navarra Televisión.

Thank you so much! I'm surprised that, with a socialist government, TV in Spain is so complicated, while in Germany there are all the free-to-air channels on 19E... even Italy on Hotbird. But France is even worse; the digital terrestrial television channels are on 5W, and access costs 40 euros for 4 years... 10 euros/year, cheap, but the 5W is a pain in the neck.

Most spanish channels provide original english audio, so there is a rights issue. Although im not sure that Astra TV carries this anyway - can anyone confirm?

The issue of satellite digital terrestrial television (DTT) is a problem inherited from previous governments and has no solution.
It's a business that has to generate revenue, and in many cases, they've become locked into a system that's protected against any changes.
The audio on Astra.TV will theoretically be the same as the national and regional channels in Spain.
Remember that the channels on Astra at 19.2ºE are encrypted in Nagra and copyright issues will not be a problem.

El tema de TDT por satelite son problemas heredados de anteriores gobiernos y no tiene solución.
Es un negocio que tiene que dar dinero y en muchos casos, quedaron atados/blindados contra cualquier cambio.
El audio por Astra.TV sera el mismo que los canales Nacionales y autonómicos de España en teoría.
Recordar que los canales por Astra a 19'2ºE están/van encriptados en Nagra y no sera problema los derechos de Autor.

Cleaning of channels as a test.
Chatting with a friend, it's naming them and bingo, saying something else is nonsense, but SES channels for AstraTV, time will tell.
TP50 / Frequency 10729 V 23500 3/4 DVB-S2/8PSK, already active without channels.
Update satellites.xml.
