My AZBox Premium+ has been in the cupboard for over 2 years now it was good for 4:2:2 feeds until they change to MPEG-4 & codec now it only clears RTE 4:2:2 feeds on 37.5 west

I am reluctant to dump it as it cost me £300 :-rofl2 is their any point in keeping it now o_O

Same here, might try mine on The Bay, see if I get any interest...

Did you ever get to flog it? Bought it new "back in the day" LOL but found it very chunky. It just sits there in storage doing nothing. Ah well. Got the Vu+ Duo and Solo2 bought working great. JD.

No, it's still gathering dust. Old hardware now and no support for ages. This box has always been clunky, that can also be said for the rest of the AzBox range. A real pity as they had such great potential, especially the ME.

I would be interested if somebody can take a picture or two of the internals of this receiver.

Im also checking if there are other brands which use the same main board and chipset, if anyone knows of any regional variants and can give me the dates of manufacture that would be ideal.

Thanks in advance

Thanks. Nice to see there is a fan installed, not so nice that it is in the wrong place.

Which model of tuner is in your box ?
