Bargain Second-Hand Big Dishes For Sale

I use Shiply for big collection/deliveries. Often very cheap if you are in rush and they fit it in with other jobs. Thanks for the metioning Shiply... I did not know such service existed and arranged a collection of the 1.2m IRTE dish available on eBay yesterday morning.

The dish was originally at a retail near £2k before installation cost.

The panels are worth about £250 on their own if not damaged, the backplate design and polarmount of this version are reliably functional for many decades.

2.2m Precision Prime focus dish satellite tv / Amateur radio / moonbounce | eBay

It has been 'Waxoyled' since installation and the mount and actuator well lubricated. This dish consistently outperforms and receives signals that usually require 2.5m dish. It's all painted in Military green drab and is invisible at distance in a rural setting.

Now that is a once in a lifetime must grab item for any serious satellite enthusiast that could squeeze it into their property. That is also not the standard reflector, that is an upgraded version. My second 2.2mtr Precision / Elite reflector to replace my damaged 1st 2.2mtr Precision dish - unpainted reflector, no feed arms, no feed, about six years ago cost me just over £1600 + transport hire.

It's a very nice dish and easily worth the buy it now price and a reet lot more.

I cant see it lasting on eBay long at that price, anywan with aspirations betta get clicking pronto. I am tempted myself but have not thought up a reasonable justification for buying it yet.
Buyers remorse could be beckoning......
