I managed to watch a couple of them earlier this evening, and it is probably the best show of its kind for ages.

I agree CH ..it is very funny ...at least ..it is at first ...but sadly not enough variation to carry it through a full season ..
Its extremely funny seeing Mr river cottage killing and eating wildlife ...or one of the mitchell brothers running away from a so called 'gang' ...or perhaps Davina snorting and rolling around on the floor ....at least ...it is the first time ...or perhaps even the second or third ...but after a month of the same joke ..with the same character impersonated ..
..it does wear a bit thin..
The impressions are excellent ...but the material ...not so much.

The Michael Macintyre is better than the real thing.
 
I found the material a bit thin and repetitive. Don't bother watching it now.

I'd have to agree with most of the comments here, the impressions are very good. They just need to find someone to write some decent material.
 
The impressions are okay, it's just the so called comedy writing.

Basically, it's *r**.

It amazes me how these so-called comedy sketches get from paper to TV. Talk about not being funny.

Surely the performers and cameramen MUST realise that the scripts are devoid of actual humour - essential in comedy.

I give this show just 2 out of 10. Must TRY HARDER.
