My Sat receiver Ferguson Ariva 102E HD the same transporder scanned shows only:
DATA, Ch-4421, 41, 43, 45, 47, 48 but no sound.
 
Thought I'd share this here as it seemed to be the closest related thread -

On this BBC World Service radio transponder (at 7°E), BBC Eur Feed 1 now seems to be carrying the mixed English and Arabic service for the recently reactivated 639 and 720kHz MW transmitters in Cyprus for Syria and the wider Middle East. The English programming seems to be different from the main BBC World Service English feed during the day.

BBC Eur Feed 3 carries the French-language "BBC Afrique" service carried on FM transmitters in parts of Africa.

Not heard any programming on the other "Eur Feed" radio channels - just the "there are currently no programmes on this channel" looped message. One of them seems to be encrypted in some way - not sure what's hidden in that one!
