you cant go wrong with octagon sf8008 - tuner more sensitive than edision mio 4k

for any E2 receiver you can download and use SATFINDER app configured for E2 ip address - i use it up ladder to peak signal in real time over wifi

I got it last year for few days and then returned it problem faced
Freezing, poor picture quality and delay in changing channels.

I doubt it is a resolution issue but try 720p if your TV is some three years old or over.
Setting the next one to multi( as opposed to 50/60Hz ) cures a number of issues on reception here.

How does the sensitivity compare with your Octagon, have you tried any low symbol rate transponders & does it have blind search?

Octagon is 44% on 12130 on badr4
Xcruiser is 80% on 12130

A better way to compare sensitivity would be to keep nudging the dish and seeing which receiver's picture starts to break up first. Percentage figures aren't comparable as they mean different things on different receivers.

I would open the lid and check which tuner it has, perhaps take pictures of the whole motherboard /other circuits/closeups of the big black chips and post them here.

Assuming you are using an Inverto Black Ultra single, how are the receivers connected, is the Octagon connected to a loop through from the XCruiser or are you swapping the cables over? If you are swapping the cable over that's a decent improvement.

Are you using just one receiver to nudge or on each receiver separately? One receiver's nudge may be bigger than the other's. Do you receive any extra channels on 26E? Also where can you buy this receiver?

Yes nudges can be of different size on different receivers
Raining outside so no able to observe this
Tried 12642v280 no signal
Whatever the technical specifications of this receiver I must say the picture quality is outstanding and menus are fully functional on Android phone through air sync remote App.
