Well, if it is time to be honest, why not just state " posthumous honorary Yorkshireman "

Because I can't spell posthumous.

Shh.

I was hoping our Alacant contingent might not have noticed le paradox.

As an aside, I have just received two sms messages from Movistar.
The first letting me know it is the last few hours to get a smartphone at a very good price, for being a " Fusion " customer.
The second, some two minutes later, threatening me with cancellation costs of the contract and for cost of equipment!:-rofl2
Where was that thread from VS?

Oh dear.

And I thought Telefonica were bad, according to various friends of ours.

They are one and the same company, they re-launched themselves as Movistar a couple of years back to improve their reputation:-lol

Well there you go.

A Leotard never changes its spots.

Bought a new 4G router and 50Mbps unlimited contract in Finland. Been using it for a week now at our holiday cottage and it's been rock solid. So far I'm impressed. I love the upload speed.

We had a traditional 8Mbps ADSL connection before but the phone company pushed the line rental prices up to silly amounts at the start of the year and as the line was only used for internet it was getting silly paying close to 90€/month just for internet!! With the new 4G plan speeds are great and it only costs €23/month in total including the cost of the router. My only fear is that 4G may be more susceptible to slowdowns during busy times in the winter months as we're near a ski resort.

Ouch, that is bad Pete. Slower than 94% of France!

Thought I would try on a Sunday when there are less companies working

Download is up slightly, has been averaging just under 10, upload well improved, normally just over one.
Not been able to match the freak ultra high reading from once before

What a shame internet from satellites didn't develop over the past years to be cost effective.

Changing from Vivaciti on the 17/08 as the cheapest adsl & phone was costing me £34 a month. I am on an economy drive at the moment, and decided to change supplier, so I have made a switch to plusnet, and it will be £17.99 a month for 12 months. Really need to trim my out goings.
