I think you have a signal strength issue.
On my wavefrontier in Belgium I get both muxes. On a small dish (80cm) with a a poorly positioned
lnb it is just below lock on my tbs6916 and just above lock (but sometimes loses lock) with my tbs 5927.

Smaller dish, no lock

Smaller dish, tbs5927: lock, slightly higher SNR, borderline. Not very stable

Thank you for all your details!!
what s your Wavefrontier's diameter?
Adjusting counter pol and azimuth I got them back even though it was raining... as soon as wind blows however they become unstable. I ll set up a 100cm soon... then I should receive them!

Technical data:
Main reflector: height 97cm, width 109cm.
Sub-reflector: height 36 cm, width 84 cm.
LNB distance: about 3.0° depending on the type of LNB.
Receiving Frequency: 10.7-12.75GHz
Antenna gain: about 39.7dB +/- 0.45dB at 12.5GHz

It seems today difficult to find "authentic" wavefrontier dishes on the market...
