Hi, my husband is Dutch and we live in the U.K. For some years he has had a legal Canal Digitaal card via a friends address. Unfortunately she has now moved and cannot have a Canal Digitaal subscription any longer. So his card has been de-activated. Does any one know how he can get a card when he no longer lives in Holland? Or is there anything else he can do?

1 - Can he request someone else living in Holland to help him?
2 - The card can be bought outside Holland at inflated price (well, nobody is going to sell it at local cost).
As there are several package options, try to see which option has the optimal channel list and then consider buying it.
3 - I am not sure, but I think that there was a mention few weeks ago about changing the card encryption. You would better check if this is true and buy only a card that would last for the stated validation period.

Which option is suitable?

I think ESPN just picked up rights to Dutch football.... (in case your CD subscription doesn't work out)
