Canal Digitaal Smartcard Authorisation

Hi All,

I have recently purchased (from a company in the uk) a Canal Digitaal smartcard with the family pack and I am having some problems trying to get the card to work, aparently the card has been authorised but all I seem to get is the message "Video Scrambled check your rights" does anyone know what channel I need to be on in order to receive the necessary codes, I've so far tried leaving it on RTL4 for several hours with no luck. Thanks.

I have to say I am a bit puzzled I was under the impression that Canal Digitaal required a dutch address before a card could be bought

I got mine from a Company in the Netherlands. Contact your supplier as mine went off once but a quick email had it back running in 3 days. Was told to leave it on SB6.

If you leave the receiver on Channel SBS6, the card will be activated within ten minutes.

Hi Sat Friends

I have a dutch smart card you can switch back on your dutch card by going to this CanalDigital website to switch back on your card. Once you have done it leve your smart card on Ned1.
