Committed/ non committed?

I am still a bit perplexed as to why, in practice in Europe, you would need more than, say, five satellites so why does DiseqC allow so many?

I have 15 in use on my wavefrontier t90: 5W, 1W, 3E, 5E, 7E, 9E, 13E, 16E, 19.2E, 23.5E, 26E, 28.2E, 33E, 39E, 42E
The 16th input is connected to a motorised dish which has 3 lnbs connected with a committed switch.

As 33E has nothing useful anymore, I have one spare input on my 16x1 uncommitted switches (I could replace it with 21.5E or 36E. I had a few muxes on that a long time ago.).

Some people use 2 wavefrontiers. Then 4 or 5 extra sats can be received, which is not possible without cascading switches.
