Well, as the new system is due mid-morning tomorrow, and my copper ADSL is currently working faster than ever, I thought I'd post up a comparison:

Well they will throttle it back when Admin gets me "Provisioned", but what the hell.
 
Yes, I did get over 10Mbps on one of my tests: Don't know what it'll settle at after I'm properly prioritised.

Well I'm guessing it'll be better than my 0.8mbps ADSL in the UK...

Remind me again (because I cba to look back!) what your one-off and ongoing costs are please?
 
Just shelled out £250 to include The Antenna and it's gubbins, Mast, Cabling etc., Installation, Setup, Demo, New Router and VOIP Adapter.

It's £150 plus Vat if you don't want any extras - so if one has a Wireless N Cable Router already, or can source one cheaper then is a total of £180 one-off.

£20 per month regular cost. NO LINE RENTAL. Bin it and use VOIP.
 
Right: Got my Network set up how I want (All with Fixed IP Addresses).

Just about done.
