100 cm motorised dish Samsung receiver with embeded Cryptoworks,

Help, for almost two years we have been getting Czech CT1, CT2 and Prima and the free channes in South Kent on a fixed 60 Cm dish with a receiver with Cryptoworks embedded (CI slots also avalable) but in bad waether the signal was disrupted, I have just had fitted a 1m motorised dish but my Czechlink Cryptoworks card bought from Trade and Technology in, and registered to the Czech Republic has stopped working shortly after. I know I can buy a card here in the UK but it will cost about £650. What other options do I have? I do not mind paying a subscription if it means we can get TV Nova as well.

This is a real rip of price at £650
I think I have seen it offered in Italy for less than 150 Euro.
Why did the card stop working ? Is it valid for a year or what ?
If it is still valid, then you should find out how to make it work.
If you have (or another member of the family) a Czech nationality, then you might be eligible to buy it directly from Czech. Like the Swiss SRG and Croitia HRT. Did you check this possibilty ?
Forget about Nova, the price is is very high.
 
With the appropriate patched receiver & softcam, you can currently see all Czech (and Slovak) TV through the Digi Tv package (Nagravision) on Intelsat 10-02 at 1W - (...for how long is anyone's guess...) Your only other alternative would be a subscription via someone living in the Czech Republic to either Digi Tv or, if your receiver is cryptoworks only, the UPC package on Astra 1 at 19.2E. Either would be a darn sight cheaper than £650. The Digi-Tv monthly basic package of 30 channels is about £7 - but you will need a Czech subscriber with a Czech TV license to subscribe from their home address !
