Dbox Problem with video

I just got a Dbox2 with everything already on it and it was working for 3-4 days. Now it boots up properly, gets on to the channels but all that appears is loads of little blue,green and pink squares. The picture comes back every once in a while but then the same just happens.

I was just wondering if anyone had any similar problems before and if there is any wise wisdom out there to help fix this problem, thanks
