DM500S:no working cam devices, no need to start pmthandler

Hi,

I am really a newbie in dreamboxes. I'm seeing the following messages and the channels (canalsat france) are
not being decrypted. What am I doing wrong ?

My understanding is if am using Softcam keys (with Autoroll keys) I don't really need a C Line. Is that correct?
I have tried restarting CCcam several times, but the channels stay encrypted.
