From this morning's check, LHCP telemetry frequency 10701.00 (which should be the primary telemetry) was transmitting supplementary data for about 40 seconds, at five-minute intervals.

From this afternoon's check, I see that the telemetry signals are much stronger. Furthermore, while they remain in circular polarity, the polarities on the two frequencies have been reversed (10701.00 has switched to RHCP polarity and 10950.00 to LHCP).

From the position check, I currently have it at about 1.2°E (from the morning check, it was about 1.7°E).

It appears to be stabilizing around 1°E. The telemetry frequencies have been switched to linear polarity, 10701.00 H and 10950.00 V.

From the morning check and result at about 0,1°W, in line with the TLE. It is moving westward at about 1° per day.
 
According to the license application submitted to the FCC, for the LEOP phase (named PR-8000), testing is planned at 4°W (in the final location), which should be reached by August 3th. We just have to wait a few days and see if everything is confirmed by the facts.

I don't know where you got this data, from the TLEs that I follow, it is at almost 1,6°W... and I can confirm it with measurements of the telemetry signals.

Longitude 1.59- (- means west)
And continuing to move toward 4W

It stopped at about 4°W. Currently, the telemetry frequencies are in linear polarity, 10701.00 V and 10950.00 H.

From 14:34 to 16:22 UTC, two very weak signals appeared, on frequencies 11160 V and 11840 V. These could be the first carrier tests.

Today, from checking the screenshots, there was the presence of signals, for several minutes on the frequencies 11140 V, 11640 V, 11175 V and 11255 V. The frequency 11255 V was still active and I had time to do some checks... it is precisely a test carrier.

I confirm what @dx qwer found, test carrier on 11440 H.
It should be noted that these carrier tests are short, lasting only a few seconds, at least until now.
