Working here 2.9db / 3m. Nothing on this other 11209V 2963, but there is very strong 11207H and it will block if lnb skew is not optimal..

Dror-1 is a replacement of Amos3.
Footprint expected to be similar to Amos3 .
It's a commercial bird + having S.band for military purposes.

According to this article, Dror-1 has no S-band transponders, but 48 Ku-band and 2 Ka-band transponders.
