Apparently a news channel, seems like an OB feed at present - no commentary, just crowd noise (possibly somethingt to do with the emigration of Turkish expats from Libya?)

A rather poor attempt at creating a Turkish 'Al Jazeera' - they don't have the rights to that name, Turkicised or not! Al Jazeera has just bought Cine 5 and will turn that into the Turkish branch of Al Jazeera.. This is unfortunately a rip off.

Not about Libya, rather the death of a former Turkish prime minister which occurred earlier today..
