No there now. They could be testing it out..
 
I saw one at 10.5db on my 1.8m which is OK but no good if its raining, Need a few more to really comment I think, its on the low end but I've seen similar on the old satellite.

With the Eutelsat 16 D, the quality of the transponders here has improved by up to 12%. The horse racing feeds are also now easier to receive.

I had no bother on the 1.3 Precision yesterday before the change over, but that feed earlier was breaking up on the 1.3 and just about stable on the 1.8. but any bad weather, no chance.
 
Between 2:00 and 3:30 CEST (UTC+2), the transponders B2, B3, D4, F2, F4, and F5 migrated to Eutelsat 16D. All transponders on the Europe A and Europe B beams are now on Eutelsat 16D. I cannot verify the Ka-band transponders and those on the African beams, so I don't know if these transponders have also been migrated.
 
is signals has been more weaker for india or still same as per new footprint?
 
The signal on this frequency dropped a bit today, I guess due to the transition to 16d.
