Fantastic tool Gold Master 525 combo

Mine arrived over 2 weeks ago, have a little time in Spain at the mo so decided to test a little.
Must add that last weekend the country suffered badly from weather, torrential rain, 120 km winds etc resulting in some loss of life! Here, Alicante region not so bad but the winds managed to move the 1.8m somewhat!
The results attached show that the dish needs realignment. Did a very quick test of the 'Signal Test' and manually moving the dish whilst viewing the app gave me an initial good result realigning.

Bear in mind please that the screenshots are only to show the basic capability of the receiver and the 'RAMF' .apk app using mobile and laptop and as said, dish is not aligned correctly!

Streaming of the 'Plug and Play TV' channels option works perfectly.

Tomorrow off to Andorra for a while so no furthrt tests at the mo.
Will be nice to see the comments when other user members here obtain their receiver.

For me, at the price certainly more than a toy.

i have one - so does @John and @scopus - how do u get the spectrum display?
couldnt see it on the phone app

70euros for that receiver ? on Ali Express is about 30 euros, but they don't send in Italy.
 
Mine has also arrived but am yet to test it. I am encouraged by its features, though it would be good to also be able to use it via the web browser. There's an OpenWeb API I believe but no app other than one on the phone.

Perhaps an APK emulator or similar would work...

thanks, yes, i could get the web version \ api working, i dont have the skills to pay the bills

I tried an emulator..it won't connect to the receiver unfortunately..

Has anybody found the site for the latest FW download [not RAMF] for the SR-525HD ?.
 
There are a bunch of Russian sites that have FWs but all seem to have 20th June 2022 as the latest version.
