Fantastic tool Gold Master 525 combo

Personally, I think that if the satellite meter is already usable, if the response is ok, spectrum, sat id and satellite report, the item is always worth the money and a good purchase for hobbyists

The weather hasn't been bad around here for a while.
 
So, a sat box can pour "Poop" on my Sunday lunch as I never realised that that would be possible. I look forward to finding out how that's done as I like lots of Poop on my roast beef? :)
 
I would buy it ASAP (too many good features for my sat passion), but I noticed too much difference for the price between Ali Express (it cannot be sent to Rome, Italy) and other sites. For sure I don't want to pay extra money for custom services ! The right price for me should be about 35/40 euros, included shipping.
 
Decided to buy one and see what's what. I like the geeky aspects of the menu and signal levels.

Are people still finding this to be a useful/usable receiver?
 
I think it would be more useful to buy a TBS card
 
If you do not use a PC, the GM525 is also sufficient.
For the dish, I would choose something handheld and battery-powered.

Out of curiosity, I checked AliExpress and found that this receiver is not sold to Portugal. After a bit more research, I understand the reason is the EU embargo against Russia - this is a Russian product, hence why most of us cannot see the offers on AliExpress.
On AliExpress, change your country to one without Russian embargo and the receiver will be listed.
