No Harryhausen monsters, buffers, diving suits, (women) or the common cold

But a decent rehash of the HG Wells classic. Congratulations Mr Gatiss.
 
Just watched it. Great stuff. Wasted on BBC4, wouldn't be out of place on a Christmas holiday schedule on BBC1. Having said that...

Engoying Gatiss's Horror film series on the same channel too.

Yes, it looks like a BBC2 programme to me.

I haven't seen it yet as I was out yesterday evening. Got it ready and waiting on the PVR for me.
 
For those of you who missed this the first time round, it's being repeated on BBC HD tonight at 21:00.
