Choose a channel on 13E to ensure you are seeing 13E, then Menu - installation - advance search - red. You wont need all the parameters - the TM's put much of the info in itself.

To make sure you have everything Menu - installation - blind search. Tick 13E then change the step to 2khz & press ok.

Give this a try
Press menu.
Press right on remote.vol
Scroll down to advanced search.press ok
Enter transponder.symbol rate.polarization.
Press red to scan.
You only need to enter the transponder.symbol rate and polarization h/V on the TM 5402.
IE tp 11681
SR 27500
Polarization H

Will be interesting to see the (good) results. Am I wrong in the impression of Bis being pay\subscription only? Am seeing the free TNT (4 years card validity) & Fransat ('eternal' validity), but can't find any free Bis card.

btw, have had the French fta's from 9e & 5W for some weeks now, many excellent programs & spending quite some time there.
