Help with RS 232 cable

I need to make a patch cable for my manhattan box, does anyone know if a cable for a Humax will work on a manhattan.

If not, where can I get a diagram to to make a cable up.

Humax patch cables are crossover, a serial cable would be the one between your modem and the PC, if you are on dialup
