Hi thanks for the sat list. I have a Horizin HDSM USB Meter and it has a new battery . but once the meter is showing 93% battery it shuts off and then i have to recharge the battery even though it shows 93% still in the battery .

Why is this would you know?
 
There are two possible reasons for this to happen:

1) The "new" battery is not new or is a fake battery, which does not behave as the original battery.
2) The meter needs to know that the battery has been replaced and needs to carry out a measurement of the battery, in order to evaluate the charging/discharging curve, so that it can charge the battery correctly and then show the corect capacity percentage.

Most field meter use batteries, which are really a battery pack composed of a set of 18650 Lithium battery cells. These are combined in series and in parallel to reach the desired voltage (V) and capacity (mA). You can have your old battery pack rebuilt by professionals, but this is not cheap, as good 18650 cells easily cost around 5 Euro in Europe and if you need for example a 12V 4000mA pack, then you need to combine 3x 18650 in series to reach 12V and 2x three of them to get around 4000mA: this means you need 12 cells. At 5 Euro each you are looking at 60 Euro! Plus the work to assemble the new pack using the existing carging circuit from the old cell you get quickly at 80-100 Euro.

Never try to build those packs yourself, as Lithium cells are dangerous and can explode (mostly in your face).

I don't know how to calibrate the new battery on a Horizon meter. Rover Instruments/Prime Digital and their OEM's have a special function to do that.

Ultimately you can try a few charge/discharge cycles. But I doubt this will help much.

Hi, does anyone have the latest firmware for the HDSM Plus sat meter that would also have the quattro transponder list on it? Im in need of the Hotbird quattro transponder list but also need the Astra1 & 2 quattro transponder list?

Hi, Yes I have the latest SkyQ transponders, but I need the latest Hotbird Quattro transponders for a Quattro LNB?
 
I didn't know the HDSM plus had a SkyQ list. Thats interesting.

Hi, would it be possible to get the same transponder list that you sent to Direct TV but also with the latest Hotbird VH-HH-VL-HL & Astra 19E VH-HH-VL-HL transponders added to it as well please

And for terrestrial hd T2
The manufacturer's website is not active and nothing can be downloaded, not even the drivers.

Hi, I was also looking for a software for my machine, because I accidentally deleted all the satellites and needed astra/hotbird/hispasat at least these
my model is the hd-s2
 
I do the lists myself, but to upload you need a program and it is very complicated. Where are you from, my friend, maybe I will be able to help.

Hi, would it be possible to get the same transponder list that you sent to Direct TV, for Galway, ireland region. Mostly for sky 28.2 (including sky q). I have a HD-S2 meter. Can not find it anywhere. I have the grey lead that came with the meter and windows 10 on PC. Thank you. Kev

I would really appreciate if you could send me a list similar to the S2 one that you done for directtv above but for HDSM usb including the Sky q, the lists I have found so far does not have the sky q on it

Hi, The last last preconfigured list I have the HD-S2 is http://meters.city-aerials.com/download/HD-S2/UK-SuperListFeb2020.zip

I am looking at a way of creating new list for the S2 but there is also the custom Tp option in the short term
