Excuse me, to load the list, do you need a special program? If so, I would also appreciate it if you would send it to me
 
Horizon decided to use a rather stupid way to upgrade the settings list, as has already been explained: you go to their website, select the satellites you want to use and the website then generates an executable program, which you download and run on your computer with the meter attached. This custom program will then update the selected satellites.
Since Horizon closed down, so did the website, which is why nobody can now upgrade their settings, unless somebody programs a suitable settings editor. I don't think that such an editor exists.
And I wonder if it makes sense to invest a lot of time in developing a settings editor for Horizon meters, since they are basically obsolete.
What people have been doing in this thread, as I understood it, is exchanging their last generated settings executables.

I have HDSM USB, it does not turn on while i have replace new battery. only it gives broken beep when put on charge. it was okay when last used around a year ago. Can any body help me in this regard,

Hi i just tried uploading the HDSMPlusupdate0045 but it stated already updated strange, so i loaded the crazy-radio.hex list and that did uploaded i can see SkyQ, but i also tried the Firmware-HDSMPlusupdate0045 and that loaded fine as well now I'm spoilt for choice thanks.
Are these lists updated on here quite interested, great site by the way
 
there is a program that shows above it is easy but very time consuming
