How to change the number of the provider

Hi! I have Matrix cam 2.03, but i don't see DigiTV in the list of providers. I have these

4101: Digital+
4109:TV Cabo
4b01:TBL TV
2d01:SABC
4e01:Dream TV
6f01:ABS-CBN
7101:PolSat

Tell me please, how to change the number of some provider to DigiTV and change the number ( DigiTV is 2111 i think ). Thank you!
