Nice one. Shows how cheap they actually are (Satellite Superstore - take note!). I also drove 5 mins to a local scaffold company a few years ago and I was sold three 2-metre steel 2" poles for a tenner!
 
There's always a bargain when u shop around, I originally got the 3inch pole at 13foot long with 9 bits of steel welded to the bottom of it creating anchors for when it set into the conccrete and they were all welded at different angles
 
Now that's a lovely morning to go and install my baby at 4.8east

It's time to get as many pictures up as possible so we can all see what is happening. And we will get you up and running but patience is the name of the game....Also what signal levels are you getting on the euro beam?

I posted before in the thread that I was getting enough signal on some Nordic beam tp's to scan in channels on my 1.1m dish. The most consistent one has always been 11747 V if you want to concentrate on that one.

did you try with black ultra lnb or have you the mti lnb that came with it.

jack thats not the nordic beam, its the european beam, still cant get the nordic, has me drove mad(not really yet)???

i thought 11900v is on nordic beam according to flysat, when u scan that tp do u get tv3 norge hd and tv2 lorry hd also try 11996h27 or 11862v27

I think your right jt, just checked it myself, and I took the black ultra off when packing up all my stuff
 
So I had 96% on the the Nordic beam earlier, my patience ran thin at stage and I was frozen so packed it In before searching all tps, I'll go at it again, fingers crossed
 
if 11900v is coming in that good, 11747v should be good too, hope u will have it going for 3pms next saturday.
 
I find it very hard to believe any of Nordic tp's could be that strong. But I can't think of any explantion otherwise for the screen caption posted.
