Italian DVB-T2 Mux as T2-MI Stream on 11513V

Feel like we're at the start of something again, just like I did two years ago when I first got the 6925.

In the SI you'll find:

OriginalNetworkID: 8572 (0x217C) "Italian Digital Terrestrial Television"

ServiceProviderName: "Europa7"

Following on from my MPEG4 video problems (blank screen) on the 33E mux with the 4T2 Analyser, I installed the CoreAVC codec and changed to that instead of ffmpeg. I now have video working fine on the MPEG4 channels.

GPU hardware acceleration has dropped the CPU load down from 90% plus to ~30%.

Thanks go to Ekkehard at 4T2 for his suggestion.

Yes, I have all the setting as you do, still no video :-shifty

No, it doesn't resolve ACM/MIS carriers. A reasonably priced alternative would be the Skystar 2 eXpress HD if you have a spare pci(e) slot in your PC.

I am getting nowhere, blank screens all the time, can you help ? Tried various combinations of decoders etc but still no video

What are you trying to receive?

Hi everybody!

Does anyone know whether the T2-MI transponder 11513V, 30000 on 33.0E still alive?

I'm trying to get signal on it but the tuner (based on Si2169 demodulator) cannot lock to transponder.
I've tested 33.0E and tuner locked to some other (normal S/S2) transponders (11429 V, 11595 H, 11607 H and 12722 V) but 11513V is always unsuccessful...

Possibly, you can also advice some other T2-MI transponders which can be received from west Germany.

I don't think there is any 11513 V on 33E. I believe there are some T2-MI on 5W.

Thanks for quick replies!

Can you please tell, which T2-MI transponders are available on 5W?

Just found this thread from a search,

This system sounds quite similar to the older system used by Abertis for the Spanish digital terrestrial feeds on 30W.

One PID carries a whole DVB-T multiplex which just looks like data to a normal receiver (with the added complication that the PIDs carrying the data are hidden services and also encrypted in BISS).

You can only see the channels by decrypting the data in the PID then stripping the TS headers for the DVB-S2 PID to leave you with the full DVB-T-ready TS.

This system is apparently nearing end of life (in the next few years) and could be replaced with T2-MI proper (apparently they tested this in 2013-14) which could make Spanish channels easier to receive maybe!

Nope, if we manage this in Enigma2 so be it, but we can't promise anything!
