My Satellite Setup
1.2 m Echostar at Twotec twinrotor with lnb changer
My Location
Nijmegen Netherlands
Today I finished for a Dutch board member , a lnb changer for a Gibertini 1.5 m .
Used a new alu rectangular 20 x 30 mm tube leaving the original feedarm unharmed .
Managed to use the original side-arms without any modification .
Of course with strengthening at the backside since the cross lines already did not touch at the start .

Very nice - you are getting really skilled at making that solution!
Out of curiosity, do you know if your multi-LNB customers stick a Ka-LNB on their dishes?
Most Ku-band dishes may not qualify for proper Ka-band reception (although I, for one, will always argue that trying cannot hurt!)

... I do on my 1.25mtr. I use Ka bandA with a XMW, bandD with a Inverto Ka/Ku lnbf & a Hughes 18GHz lnb with RHC poloriser at the moment.
But -- a great deal of dish preparation had top be done before hand. The original reflector was way out when strung, additional side & vertical support arms from dish edge to rear dish bracket had to be fabricated to get a really solid true reflector. Really accurate lnb pointing and focal point measurements needed to be done to get optimum performance out of it. I compared the performance of my Inverto Ka/Ku lnbf that was on my 1.8CM to the one that was on my 1.25 Gibby and the 1.25 Gibby was only slightly lower in performance. My 1.25 Gibby really works very good. I was going to upgrade to a 1.5Gibby for a summer project --- Wim's given me the urge again.
A couple of pics of the 1.25 during set-up stages.

This is so beautiful and so awesome. My jaw drops every time I see these implementations!

under construction this model

I remember those linear positioners. Rather limited in their use but this looks like a good use for them!
