The creature visited us another evening. The cat did not mind at all, as he is more interested in hunting mice, and, yes, he still has balls, so needs to go around looking for love.

Evening in my garden in France. As always the summer here up in La Montagne is great, temps are not extreme, evenings\nights allwyas cool. Fire risk (compared to the horrible situations elsewhere) is (hopefully... am no expert) very low, soil and vegetation is fed by many sources with water all year whatever season and temperature, evrything is green and not drying up.

After 20 years, still happy to spend much time here, at any season. And the hundreds of butterflies visiting the place every day is just fantastic. And sometimes larger beasts stroll by, once saw 2 wolves 5 metres away, sadly no camera at hand,

This dropped out from a conservatory roof a couple of days ago, slightly larger than a 50p piece. It was moving but had probably suffered from the heat earlier in the week.

It is only ~ 10 minutes by car and then about the same time by foot through the forest and there we go- the beach. So, we often use this possibility, if everybody in the family agree, to get some swim and enjoy nice view. And the view was pretty nice this evening.

He was as thick as my finger.
