Not opened and listened to the zipped file, but I somewhat suspect that that cat is a "he", and not a "she", and is "calling" to attract a mate - which you/we really don't want as that will result in lot's more feral kittens (and they then "grow"!).Noisy day and night though.
Sad day in our household, a further death to report. My family of goldfinches were spooked by a cat when feeding this morning, they shot of in all different directions and one flew into the kitchen window and broke it's neck![]()
