Hello all, I recently moved house and I brought my old Humax box with me. It had trouble picking up a signal, so I replaced the cabling and a new LNB When I first replaced the LNB, the signal was brilliant on both connections, but after a few hours, it stopped working, so I thought I'd buy a newer box, hence the Arris box. While everything was fine at first, it also stopped working today, so I replaced the twin cable I'd been using with a single cable to one of the tuners. Again, it was working well, but even after I put in my postcode, which is in N Ireland, it still gives me London programs.
 
Try a different postcode or a factory reset.
 
I tried that, and the same result. I'm going to check the orientation tomorrow and see if that helps.

If you are getting signal/pictures then it isn't dish related.

You could try a postcode from another part of the planet (or offshore, Wales for example)
