LOL CH, I remember being a little bit tiddly one night and demanding a small sweet sherry in a nightclub, and being promptly thrown out!

Mind you, that was just after they had refused to serve me a Worcester sauce with a drop of tomato juice in it... I remember laying on the pavement with the word 'smartarse' still ringing in my ears.

I've never found a nicer pint than Everards Old Original.

It was known as "old bastard" in Exeter's Double Locks Hotel when I lived in that area.
 
in my opinion, you can't beat a pint of wobbly bob, very strange taste but it does the trick!! cant remember who brews it though???

Only once a year , unfortunately, but there are plenty of others a few miles away
 
Had a pint of Eastwood & Sanders Maximum Darkness the other week, it was sh*te, dont touch it with a barge pole. Made Guiness look like a pint of mild.
