The only Qbox related whine I hear is my own when it does not work properly.

Seriously though, I can't hear anything out of the ordinary. Have you got one of the early beta boxes?

No, it's the newer one which just arrived. I notice that the whine is in sync with the leds flashing, so I reckon it's could be a sick capacitor.

Yes, Vi*cess 2.6 supposedly opening with the Diablo firmware in this box.

Probably will be followed soon for the new Diablo 2 CAM.

I haven't tried it yet, but will have a go at the weekend. If anyone has any success with it please let us know.

At the moment I only got digitv on Thor using mgcam, and keys I update using the built in key updater. I wasn't aware that radar can do softcams???

OK, I played ay little and I seem to be able to open up the AB1 Sat channels on Hotbird, which are not opening with the dreambox. Not sure what the SRG channels are, so can't say. But, that's a bit of nice news, innit :)
 
SRG is the Swiss provider T_G, on 11526.00 H and 12399.00 H ON 19E.
 
Can you open any other packages that use Via 2.6?

It only opens stuff on 13e. It's nice to play with the ABsat stuff, reminds me of the good old days...
 
LOL, they have (or had) some weird films on Cine Polar/FX, still waiting for the files to appear for the Diablo 2...
 
I have put in the latest NAPO image with the 18/12 firmware.

The main thing I can report is that switching times have improved, it is now switching much much faster than ever. I think that as it is now it is the same as any other digital box.
 
Is there a way of getting the receiver to read a Sky FTV for C4HD in the interal card slot? Works fine with a Dragon cam inserted, but would be better if it could run in the internal slot. Latest NAPO image installed.

CS do not work properly lots of freeze. what do you use for the moment in the box. Napo image and what radar date do u use? also could you tell me how do you make it work for the Digi tv?
i would like to get this package, but i know that i can get this wth satangels.
please give me some instruction

I went back to the napo 18th december, the new images have problems with the cams.
After installing it, download from the Napo server the latest EMU panel, and then the satangels. From the satangels download the softcam and the mgcamd.
For the DigiTV you need mgcamd, and for cs and ABsat on Hotbird the latest Radar 2.7. I hope that on the weekend they will sort out a new image, as the new iomages are much faster.
