Ross hdr-6110usb reciever twin mono block and a shit dish that I'm replacing soon

Hi i cant disable audio description on a ross hdr-6110usb receiver so I'm thinking of replacing it i want something that gives me all the settings that the ross box has and has HD 4k and good receive performance blind scan and is programable from a PC via network or usb.

any suggestions
 
What do you mean by 'programmable' - channel lists, firmware, streaming?

Octagon SF8008 seems to cover everything you desire.

Octagon SX88 4K is another option. I don't know if channel lists for the SF8008 are widely available. SX88 channel lists may work when using the 'Define' image on the SF8008, but I'm not sure.
 
I have yet to find a copy let alone how to load either ‘Define’ or ‘Open atv’ so it all remains a mystery.

But thanks for the info about the SX-88.

They were pre-installed when I had an SF8008, or they can be installed by connecting the receiver to the internet :)
