Showtime - WHAT A MESS!

Osn Comedy+2/ShowComedy Extra is now on Atlantic Bird 4A 11441 H,i will never be able to get a signal in the Uk.
Using a 2.4M Dish for that Channel.

will these channels be showing football? if so, great... NOT :(
 
Fox Sport clearing for me on 11977 v 27500

Still no sign of the HD channels though

I have the full package.
I think I have everything back now apart from Show Comedy.
I deleted all channels and rescanned;

Oops, I have Show Comedy, I meant Super Comedy, that seems to have disappeared.
 
According to literature received today

If you are an old Showtime customer on Sports only, then the card will open Sports 1 to 4, Extreme sports, Show Series and OSN Comedy+2. Channels activated only during Premier league match time are Fox Sports, Al Sasha and Show Movies Kids.

If you are a new 2009 customer (after the merger) on Sports only the card will open Sports 1 to 4, Extreme Sports and Fox Sports. Channels activated only during Premier league match time are Sasha and Show Movies Kids.

This indicates that no football will actually be shown on Series and OSN Comedy+2.

I have been to many cards today and some open fox sports and others dont - probably in line with the above.

looking at the schedules, looks like all footy is now on sports 1-4 fox and extreme sports
 
I called Showtime in Emirates today. They advised that it was not possible to view the HD Channels with a normal HD box, you need a specific Showtime HD box.
Showtime lose the Premier League at the end of this season anyway, I bet I won;t have a new box by then.
