A generic name for a new South Asian mux that has appeared tonight. 20 or so channels all with the following parameters:

Eutelsat 21B

11304H
30000 2/3

DVB-S2 8PSK

All channels seem to be mpeg4 and are fta unless otherwise note


So first up:

Thinetha TV (Sri Lanka)

This one is showing music videos at the time of logging and is transmitting in one of the Sri Lankan languages -probably Sinhala

Yes, ITN was Sri Lanka.
Rupavahini is Sri Lankan state TV, I've seen programmes only for a few days.
This package has changes a few times a week!

Entertainment channel transmitting in Tamil. Audio poor on this one when logged - it was "pulsing badly like the AGC was set woefully misadjusted! The picture quality leaves summat to be desired as well.....

Seems to be a news channel, and is transmitting in Bengali. One of the tickers at the bottom of the screen is in English
