Top Tip T2-MI reception on E2 STB with SDG image - A complete step by step guide

I think both T2-MI on 55E have stopped! Does anyone receive them?
12673 V and 12693 V are still there, or is it that the streams are empty? I have no way to watch T2-MI at the moment.

12673 V (9db) and 12693 V (11.2 db) are not empty, still programmes on as it was.
There are new T2-MI on 12714V (9 db) and 12724V (11.2 db) - see flysat. Reception in south Europe should be critical.
I will prepare a new config files for the last new frequencies as soon as I find some time.
 
This is very strange, I now only have signal on 12694V! I'll try to check my arc this weekend...
 
Good I got for these to give little in my vu + zero 4k and are working well.

this works with another different image than SDG. On dm900 with OE2.5?
 
Slightly off topic but is there an Enigma receiver capable of getting T2MI natively/without astra-sm?
 
Yes, SF8008 and Osmio4K, 4K+, mini+. They use an intergrated astra-sm output into the tuner drivers.
 
OK thanks. Could you please try Pervyi Kanal? I know it's encrypted but I am wondering if the receiver knows it's encrypted or whether it just displays random blocks.

I guess those receivers don't have CI slots?
 
This channel encrypted, but no encryption flag in TS packets. So receiver try decode video/audio stream as FTA.
 
That's a shame and as suspected as I didn't think astra-sm looked for encryption data. I guess I'll have to stick with my openbox for Roscrypt CAM.
 
Ghostcrypt is a video stream encryption, thus no ca descriptor. It's a situation similar to the Compel encrypted channels on 5E.
 
I am sure I saw a CAID on older Roscrypt channels (non T2 MI)...

The issue with that is that receivers would not know that the channel is encrypted and would not try to send the stream to the CAM. Though that's probably not the biggest problem. The biggest one is that Roscrypt CAM does not like most consumer receivers. Openbox one is the only one I know of that recognises it. Anyway, going off topic... Carry on.
 
Yes, RosCrypt had a caid A101. Ghostcrypt does not! Most probably they feed the DVB-T2 transmitters with a special cardless receiver that decrypts the stream before terrestrial broadcast. I think they abandoned Roscrypt as it is now fully compromised.
 
Where is the problem, when trying to stream analysis it always fails.

For frequencies 3704 and 4018, on the Yamal 601 satellite.

Can you explain what does the above mean? I don't see a specific reference to Perviy channel, just the whole stream.
