TBS 6903-X useable with scanning apps?

Setting up IQ Monitor with a TBS 6983 for testing.

It's not scanning 27.5W. Just flat lining. Am I missing something in menu box? The HR spectrum mode shouldn't be red?

I made a video with the setting in IQmonitor to get high spectra with tbs6983 card,here
I checked now,high spectra with tbs6903X at 27.5 W.

A small query satesco - my version of IQ Monitor (2.4.0.4) has the TSReader box greyed out. How do I wake it up?

As you can see,in IQmonit folder you can find the IQmonitor_2 .ini file. All you have to do is check if the applications are installed and have a correct path.

I had checked the path earlier in the config folder. It's pointing to my TSReader.exe
Always works OK with Crazyscan, same path as pointed to in crazyscan config.

OK, thx anyway. Tried the app on a different Windows Home Premium PC (this one is Ultimate). I'll try it on Win 10 next, but don't think Windows is the problem.
Without a route to TSReader in the app it loses a lot of its versatility for me. However, I shall persevere with it

Same blanked TSReader on Win10.

May not be significant, but every time I start IQ Monitor, before it appears, I get this "warning".
(I suppose it's just telling me it uses commas as the decimal separator. UK format uses full stops).



Just a check of my monitor with blanked TSReader. I'm using the latest IQ Monitor.

I'm already using dd/MM/yyyy

I think only the US uses month before day.

Just to say what is the x version about?

Drop out also depends on the scan steps.It also depends on the signal strength.But anyway,even if you have drop out on the spectrum,Crazyscan will lock the signal.You'll get used to it.
On "Style" tab,uncheck "signal width",when there are several transponders close,parameters are seen/read better on the spectrum.

I'm sorry,but I don't know how I can help you to change channels in DVB Dream without delay. It's not up to the user to improve this function but up to the developer,if he wants or if the card allows it.In the case of 6903x,I don't know which dvb player would be capable of instant zapping with this card.Although I'm not a developer,I can imagine that it's not easy to make a player work like clockwork.There are so many physical and software factors that influence this function, starting with the driver of the card itself.But about these technical aspects,the developers of these players would better talk.
I provide two files with 6903X and 6983 cards with DVBDream player. There are no big differences between the two in their use.

Maybe you mean a driver for the 6903x card! For now there is no other version than the one you see in the pic.
But better watch on the tbs page if a new driver version will be released.
