BLScan - blind carrier search on specified freq with some search range and minimal SR. Usual blind carrier search for STm demods.
BLScan2 - vendor-specific blindscan from start freq to end freq. Usual FFT scan, find peaks candidates and blindscan on each peak. First-time was implemented for Montage demods, next GX113x, STV091x, Silabs and now for STiD135.

Before formatting my PC, Windows 11 Altdvb StreamReader was working fine, but now it's the opposite. When I scan frequencies on Hotbird 13 satellite, there is a signal, but it doesn't scan channels. This time, when I test the signal, it says there is a signal on the frequencies. When I scan frequencies for Turksat 42 satellite, it finds it and runs it. Is there a problem with the StreamReader bda dll error?
